The Cabinet has approved a scheme to hire everyone for '2022' by the government recently announced. The project includes benefits including housing payments for the poor.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi has released guidelines for housing for all poor families in urban areas. The government will provide financial assistance to the project completed in seven years.

The beneficiaries of the scheme are families with husband and wife and not married daughters. Members of the family who are benefited will not be in the country anywhere in the Guidelines.

It is specifically suggested that only new migrant temporary immigrants are considered to be beneficiaries of the new project.

 The government will provide construction of 30 square meters wide residential infrastructure with basic amenities. The state governments may be modified to consult with the Union Urban Development Ministry in terms of size and facilities of the house.

The central government will not pay any additional liability. The scheme is planned to be completed in 4041 cities in the 2011 census.

 The first phase will be implemented before March 2017 in 100 cities where the states and union territories recommend. The second phase will be expanded to 200 cities between April 2017 and March 2019. The project will be implemented from April 2019 to March 2022

The loan will be allotted for 4% interest on urban areas. The interest rate on interest rates will be 5 per cent from 6.5 per cent for 10.5 per cent of the existing home loan rates.

The original payments of Rs 6,632 per month. But if the government subsidy is paid Rs 4,050 will be paid. The monthly disbursement will be Rs 2,582. There will be a net profit of Rs 2.30 lakh in 15-year loan.
