Syam Prasad Mukherjee Roundabrain mission is to be taken up with an outlay of Rs 5142.08 crore to convert rural sectors to economically and socially as sustainable spaces.

The project aims to increase the development of these areas by setting up rural growth clusters in all states.

Clusters of smart villages will be developed by the Routerben mission. The Ministry of Rural

Development clusters are selected through scientific study of population, economy, tourism, pilgrimage and transport.

The project aims to set up 300 clusters in the coming three years. Rearburn clusters are provided through various schemes of the central government.

Besides, a 30 per cent cost of plan expenditure will be provided by the Siraya Prasad Mukherjee Routerbans Mission.
