Narasimha Rao from Chinna Soli Pett village in the Ranga Reddy District of AP, Andhra Pradesh, as the main guardian of the rights of the children, was the first to take up the position of Panchayat in Shabab Mandal in the district.

The first thing to note is that schools do not use education except for education and public rituals. It was the one. Rao soon cleaned these schools and made facilities for drinking water and other primary works.

It also suggested that these facilities should be used for education and other lesser courses. Along with this, a education committee was formed by including village panchayats and village youth to observe the education of the region. It also recommended that the committee meet once a month.

The Panchayat Raj has shared the best of the panchayats in the rights of children and institutions and the NCPCR. The role of the Panchayat participation in keeping children's rights is highlighted among the larger challenges the children face today.

Smt. Raj Wand Sindhu, Additional Secretary, Panchayat Raj, says this is a challenge to children. There is a lot of shortage of children's health and educational facilities. They are worried about India having a population of 30 crore children.

They realize that the quality of education in a country where millions of people do not even get two meals a day. According to a recently published National Family Health Survey report, 47 per cent of India's malnourished children are suffering from malnutrition.

The conference proved that where the PRI has taken the initiative to protect the rights of children, there has been a significant improvement in health education. In the inaugural address of the conference, Mani Shankarayar,

Rao proudly says that child laborers do not have the possibility of child laborers going into silent silence when the child's right becomes a major function of panchayats.

NCCCR (NCPCR) chairman says that 600 gram panchayats are fully informed about the rights of child rights and are planning to address the concerns and to function as a resource center for the institution to monitor the child rights status of the institution and train the country's elected queues.
